Leak in Quincy-Mayger area

Please be prepared for water service interruptions today. We are searching for a leak that we believe is in the Quincy-Mayger area and plan to repair it as soon as possible. While the water system is still fully pressurized and functional, the water loss is severe enough to drain the entire reservoir by the end of the weekend if not addressed immediately. It will be hot today, so please take precautions to have water on hand in case of any service interruptions. Thank you for understanding.

We have a crew onsite fixing an emergency mainline break near Quincy Mayger Rd and Ilmari Rd. This part of the system has been shutdown for the repair. We will restore water service as quickly as possible.

Quick update: I'm being told from the field that the leak has been determined to be on Hermo Rd. For those of you in the Hermo Rd. / Erickson Dike Rd. area, please be prepared for service interruptions. We will continue to work until the leak is identified and repaired. Thank you.
